Having worked at 5-star establishments such as Bushmanskloof, Seidelberg and Gatronomix, Nadia scooped the coveted Chef of the Year award in the Garden Route during 2007 whilst working at the well-known Cinnamon Boutique Restaurant, rated one of the Top 10 Garden Route restaurants.
Nadia’s style of food is simple and infused with wonderful flavours, is made with passion and presented with perfection. She believes in consistency with a good balance of staff training which ensures a complete overview of the perfect lunch experience. For Nadia this is “not simply a job, it forms part of my everyday life and is truly something I love”.
