Cape Wine Master Dick Davidson will be presenting an Alsace Wine Tasting at The Lapa, Nietvoorbij on 2 June at 18h00. Wines for tasting include the following:
Domaines Schlumberger is a 6th and 7th generation family owned wine producer, the family own and manage 140 hectares around Guebwiller in the Haut Rhin, in the South of Alsace. Of the 140 hectares, 70 are classified “Grand Cru”. Organic methods are used to cultivate 60 hectares and 30 hectares are cultivated using biodynamic practices.
